Robert Johnston

Robert Johnston is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Sleep Number Corporation since October 2020, Robert previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Sensata Technologies, overseeing a department focused on heavy vehicle and off-road business. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager and Engineering Team Leader roles at Donaldson, where Robert led teams in air filtration product development, implemented global design control processes, and collaborated internationally to enhance product performance.
