Soumil Deshmukh

Soumil Deshmukh is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Sleep Number Corporation since March 2020, Soumil manages over 100 employees and contractors, driving innovation in connected, omni-channel experiences across various business functions. Previously at PTC from January 2006 to March 2020, Soumil held roles including Software Development Director, where significant achievements included leading the development of key systems for BMW and VW, and enhancing the Windchill PLM system. Earlier career roles encompassed positions at Target, XEROX, Tata Consultancy Services, and Mahindra & Mahindra, demonstrating sustained proficiency in technical leadership and software development. Soumil holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology.
