Wade Palashewski

Wade Palashewski currently serves as Vice President of Research & Development at Sleep Number Corporation, a leading smart bed manufacturer and retailer. With a tenure at Sleep Number beginning in December 2010, Wade has significantly contributed to the growth of the organization, which operates over 600 stores in all 50 states. Prior to this role, Wade held several positions at ReconRobotics, Inc., including Director of Engineering and Director of Research & Development, focusing on tactical micro-robotic systems. Wade’s career also includes 15 years at Graco, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in the Lubrication Equipment Division and management of international engineering teams. Early career experience includes a range of engineering roles at Honeywell. Wade holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has further education from Dunwoody College of Technology.
