Damon Mercadante

Damon Mercadante is a seasoned marketing and growth leader with extensive experience in the media and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Sleeper, Damon previously held the position of VP of Marketing for Streaming Services at Paramount. At CBS Interactive, Damon progressed through various roles, including VP, Senior Director, and Director of Programmatic Marketing & Monetization. As a co-founder and partner at MC Ventures and co-founder of ScanCafe Inc., Damon has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise alongside their marketing proficiency. Damon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Yale University and an education from The Wharton School.
