Craig Keller is an accomplished production manager with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving in this role at both Rod & Hammer's SLO Stills and SLO Brew since January 2021. Previously, Craig held similar positions at Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab, Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co., and Oakshire Brewing Co. Early career roles included production coordination and cellar operations at Opolo Vineyards and Orcutt Road Cellars, along with statistical consulting at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Craig's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Quantitative Economics, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
