Michael Kolt

Michael Kolt is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Environmental Scientist at SLR Consulting since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at AECOM, where responsibilities encompassed project management and environmental site assessments. Michael's extensive background also includes positions at NorthWind Land Resources, where project management and remediation oversight were key focuses, and Eco-Green, where skills in training and irrigation systems were developed. Earlier experience includes work as an Environmental Technician at the Assiniboine Hills Conservation District and a long tenure at Baete Farms as a cattle rancher. Michael holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba.
