Vincent Fafard, PE, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Program Manager for Housing at SLSCo, Ltd. since 2019. Previously, Vincent held the position of Director of Business Development at Bermudez-Longo, Diaz-Masso LLC from 2006 to 2018, where successful strategic relationships and alliances were developed, with a focus on securing business opportunities in renewable energy, infrastructure, and other markets. Also notable is the role as Project Director for the Santa Isabel Wind Farm, overseeing its construction phases. Earlier experience includes serving as Design and Procurement Coordinator at Perini Corporation, where management of design completion and procurement for the Tren Urbano Rail Project was conducted, and working as Project Engineer at Dufferin Construction Company, contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Universite Laval in Quebec City.
