Victor Garcia completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from IUT Region Capital "Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios" from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher University Technician degree in Informatics from IUTIRLA from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Victor has obtained several certifications, including Security+ from CompTIA in February 2018, MCSA - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in November 2017, and MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional in August 2017.
