Andy Callender

Andy Callender has extensive work experience in operations, logistics, and management roles. Andy began their career in 1989 at French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts, where they worked in visual arts and logistics for 15 years. In 2004, they joined Smaller Earth and worked in the Camp Leaders Division, initially in operations and then as the UK Director. Andy later held roles as the Global Operations Manager and Global RP/DP Manager before becoming the Global Operations and Logistics Manager. In 2013, they were promoted to US Director, and in 2015, they became the Director of Operations.

Andy Callender attended Manchester Metropolitan University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Photographic technology. Their field of study included Photography and Photo Science.
