In roles such as Co-CEO at Churrascada and control investor at both Smallhold and Anovion Technologies, Gustavo demonstrates a commitment to innovation in food and advanced materials technology. Prior experience includes leadership positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, Burger King, and ALL - América Latina Logística, where Gustavo managed large operational teams and significant financial transactions. Gustavo holds an MBA from Ibmec and has completed advanced management programs at The Wharton School and Fundação Dom Cabral.
