Thomas van Doren

Thomas Van Doren currently serves as the Interim Head of Corporate Development at Smallpdf since December 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy & Development at TIER Mobility from September 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included fundraising, M&A evaluation, and investor relations, successfully raising over $400 million in equity and convertible debt, and executing three significant transactions, including a merger with Dott. Thomas's career in finance began at Novo Nordisk as a Global Finance Graduate, with earlier roles at Nomura and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on investment banking, M&A advisory, and corporate strategy across various sectors. Thomas holds a Masters in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School and multiple degrees in Business Engineering and related fields from esteemed institutions.
