Johan Vercruysse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the ICT sector, serving as a director at Smals since 1988, where responsibilities have included sales, marketing, R&D, finance, HR, logistics, and ICT security. Johan played a key role in establishing the consultancy department and introduced the marketing function at Smals, managing the international SOSENET project. Prior to Smals, Johan worked at a Bruges law firm from 1982 to 1988. Johan's educational background includes advanced industrial marketing and strategic management of services from INSEAD, as well as a licentiate in law from Ghent University.
