Tann Ratana is currently a Senior Data Analyst at Smart Axiata, having joined the company in May 2021 after serving as a Junior Data Scientist, where Tann transformed complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions. Prior to this role, Tann worked as a Web Application Developer at Wechoul from August 2019 to April 2021, designing and prototyping website interfaces using Adobe XD and the Bootstrap framework. Tann also gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Smart Axiata in 2020, facilitating promotional campaigns through customer data analysis and automating internal reporting processes. Tann holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Posts, Telecoms & ICT, completed in 2022.
