Alex Roy is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in various technical roles. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Smart Circle International since July 2022, Alex specializes in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, particularly in Windows and Linux environments. Previous experience includes positions such as IT Support Specialist at Kevin's Computer Service, Lead Technician at Asurion, and IT Technician Support Manager at both Infigo Wireless and Smart FIX. Alex's career began as a Desktop Support Engineer at the Petroleum Ministry of IRAN, demonstrating long-standing expertise in technical support, issue resolution, and team leadership.
