Ian Harper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ian started their career as a Software Engineer at Bottonline Technologies and then worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Convera. Later, they joined Xenos Inc as a Consultant before moving to Thunderhead as a Principal Consultant, where they eventually became a Senior Solution Architect and then a Product Manager. After that, they joined Smart Communications, serving in various roles such as Principal Solutions Architect, Programme Manager for SmartDX, Director of Customer Success Management, and Director of Programme and Change Management. Currently, Ian is the Director of CCM Cloud Migration at Smart Communications. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise and versatility in the field of customer communications management.
