Emma Fitton has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting with their current position at Smart DCC as the Head of Process since June 2023, they previously held the position of Head of Commercial Transformation from June 2022 to June 2023 and Head of Commercial Office Management from April 2020 to May 2022.
Prior to their time at Smart DCC, Emma worked at Acuity Business Solutions where they were a Consultant from January 2019 to April 2020, a Junior Consultant from March 2018 to January 2019, and a Business Manager from July 2017 to March 2018.
Emma's earlier experience includes working at EMCAS, where they held the position of Director Client Services from October 2015 to February 2017. Emma also served as the Head of Department for PPI & Packaged Bank Account complaints from March 2012 to October 2015 and as a Claims Manager Supervisor from November 2011 to April 2012. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, managing teams, and overseeing the claims process.
Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Emma has also been focused on improving customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Emma Fitton attended the University of Northampton from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft. In addition to their degree, Emma also obtained certification in Change Management Foundation from APMG International in March 2022, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from TQMI (Brand Vista) in March 2021.
