Jane Wharam

Jane Wharam is an experienced professional with a strong background in internal communications and marketing. Currently serving as a Business Case Author and Customer Engagement Partner at Smart DCC since June 2022, Jane previously held the position of Senior Change Communications Manager at Network Rail Southern region, where a focus was placed on maximizing workforce engagement and minimizing productivity disruption. Jane's career includes roles in change and internal communications within Network Rail, as well as marketing leadership positions at organizations such as Brand Exchange and The London Capital Club. Jane has a Diploma in Marketing from CIM, a BA Hons Degree in French from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an Advanced Certificate in Wine from WSET.
