Maryam Ali

Maryam Ali currently serves as an Engagement Partner at Smart DCC since July 2022, following a role as Senior Manager for Industry Engagement at the Security Industry Authority from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes Stakeholder Manager at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Engagement Advisor at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. Ali also held significant positions at The Labour Party, including Senior National Women’s and Equalities Officer and Regional Organiser, where responsibilities involved strengthening stakeholder relationships, managing national campaigns and events, and advising on electoral strategies. Key achievements include successfully leading the Annual National Women’s Conference 2018 and managing various critical election campaigns across multiple regions.
