Sarah Porter

Sarah Porter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and customer engagement across various sectors. Currently, Sarah serves as the Director of Customer Engagement at Smart DCC and holds the position of Chair at Lancashire County Netball Association in a volunteer capacity. Previously, Sarah was the Head of Project Management at MHR, where leadership was demonstrated over a £10 million project portfolio, and led a team accountable for the successful delivery of 80 projects. With a strong background in IT service delivery at McBride and project lifecycle management at Stantec Treatment, Sarah has consistently achieved significant results, including managing large teams and enhancing technology services across international operations.
