Shangeetha Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Shangeetha started their career at Fraunhofer IAO as an intern, where they gained experience in event management. After that, they interned at Robert Bosch GmbH in key account management. Shangeetha then joined Robert Bosch AB for an internship in quality management and logistics. Shangeetha moved to ITVT GmbH, where they worked as a working student in marketing and later became a marketing manager. Currently, they are working at Smart Digital as a project manager and senior project manager in data-driven marketing. Shangeetha has recently been promoted to the role of team lead in customer success management.
Shangeetha Wagner completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at the University of Hohenheim from 2009 to 2012. Shangeetha then pursued a Master of Science in Management at the same university, graduating in 2016. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Squared Online where they studied Digital Marketing & Leadership. Additionally, in October 2022, Shangeetha obtained a certification in Marketing Cloud Personalization Accredited Professional from Salesforce.
