Jonathon Howe

Jonathon Howe is an experienced professional in the travel and education sectors with a focus on airfare and aviation management. Currently serving as the Air Services Manager at SmartFlyer since February 2022, Jonathon specializes in complex domestic and international itineraries, fares, exchanges, and refunds. Previously, as the Director of Staff Travel at FCM Travel Solutions USA, Jonathon managed travel planning and expensing services for a diverse range of clients from October 2014 to March 2020, demonstrating expertise in stakeholder engagement across various time zones. Earlier roles included Operations Team Leader and Corporate Travel Consultant, along with experience as an ESL Teacher at Shane English School Taiwan, where a Master’s in Education was utilized. Jonathon holds a Master's Degree in Childhood Education and Special Education from Touro University and a Bachelor's Degree in English, Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
