Gideon Sadler

Gideon Sadler is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager and previously as a Risk & Governance Manager at Smart Pension since May 2021, Gideon has a strong background in operational and credit risk management, demonstrated during tenure at Cynergy Bank from 2009 to 2020, where roles included Operational Risk Manager and Credit Risk Manager. Key accomplishments include the sourcing and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Software, oversight of incident reporting, preparation of risk management frameworks, and delivering bank-wide training.
