Since 2018, Rutger has held multiple high-level positions, including General Manager at Schönfeld Consulting and various senior roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and NXP Semiconductors. With a solid educational foundation, including an MSc and PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Twente, Rutger offers a wealth of expertise in operations management, front-end technologies, and strategic leadership.
