Founded in 2019 by Director Sam Summerton — whose 20 years’ experience ranges from carpentry to managing multi-million-dollar developments. 

Smart PM was built on the belief that strong relationships and purpose must guide every project. Inspired by the principle mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei (for us and our children after us), we aim to leave a positive legacy for every community we work with.
