Mark Vest

Mark Vest has an extensive work history, starting in 1996 as a Laboratory Technician at W.R. Grace. Mark then worked as an Affiliate Broker/Property Manager at Prudential Botts & Associates Realtors from 1998 to 1999. Following that, they served as a Relationship Manager at First Tennessee Bank from 1999 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Mark worked as a Finance Manager at Buy Here Pay Here USA/Creditcorp Acceptance Corporation. Mark then joined Atlantic Capital Bank in 2010 as a VP, Commercial Credit Officer, where they underwrote and approved commercial credit requests. Lastly, since 2018, Mark has been working at SmartBank, initially as a VP, Regional Credit Analyst and currently as an SVP, Regional Credit Officer.

Mark Vest obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Lee University between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, between 1992 and 1994, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, but did not complete a degree or select a field of study during this period.
