Damien Walsh

Damien Walsh has a diverse background in the technology industry. Damien started their career as a Systems Developer at Trinity College Dublin in 1998. In 2000, they joined Oracle as a Senior Technical Support in CRM/BI, where they responded to complex customer requests and provided assistance to global support teams. In 2007, they became a Principal Architecture Specialist at Oracle-Sydney, focusing on capacity planning, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality architecture solutions. Damien worked closely with clients, conducted presentations, and ensured correct setup with Oracle's OnDemand and Cloud teams. Since 2014, they have been with SmartBear, initially as a Technical Sales Engineer Manager and currently as the Director of Sales Engineering for international regions.

Damien Walsh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998.
