Noah Spurrier

Noah Spurrier has a long history of work experience in the technology sector. Noah began their career in 2003 as a Senior Software Engineer at Aramova/Rockstar Software. In 2004 they moved to Sharechive as a Senior Software Engineer, where they wrote patch deployment tools in Python and refactored the company's PHP code base. In 2005 they worked as a Senior Engineer for a private company before joining Vinyl Interactive, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and Linux Sysadmin in 2006. In 2008 they moved to Pie Digital, Inc. as a Senior Embedded Linux Kernel and BSP engineer, where they built and maintained root filesystems and userspace tools. In 2012 they joined SquareTrade as a Senior Linux Admin, where they migrated version control from CVS to Git, upgraded Xen virtualization, and automated deployment of development environment via Puppet. In 2014 they became a Senior DevOps Engineer at Zephyr Health. In 2018 they moved to AI App Works, Inc. as an Architect, and then to SmartBeings Inc. as Senior Vice President of Technology. Noah currently works at Pinterest as a SRE.

Noah Spurrier attended Lowell High in San Francisco from 1993 to 2002, and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
