Ivan Smolnikov

Ivan Smolnikov is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of technology and physics. As the CEO and founder of Smartcat, Ivan leads innovations in the industry. Ivan also serves as a board member and was the CEO and co-founder of ABBYY LS, contributing significantly to the company's growth and vision. Earlier in their career, Ivan worked as a scientist at the Fiber Optics Research Center at the General Physics Institute Russian Academy of Sciences. Ivan holds dual M.Sc. degrees in Physics and Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University), completed between 1998 and 2004.
