Ivan Sokolov

Ivan Sokolov has worked in the software engineering industry since 2013. Ivan began their career at ABBYY Language Services as a front-end developer in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Smartcat, where they worked as a Full Stack Engineer. At Smartcat, Ivan was responsible for helping to connect linguists, companies, and agencies to streamline the translation of any content into every language on demand, as well as helping to build and manage translation teams and putting translation processes on autopilot from content creation to payments.

Ivan Sokolov has an educational background in the field of mechatronics, robotics, and automation from Altai State Technical University, where they earned a diploma in industrial specialization. Ivan also holds two certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google, which they obtained in November 2019, and 6.00x: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming from MITx on edX, which they obtained in February 2013.
