Valerie Azubuike

Valerie Azubuike, ACIPM, PHRi, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Cofounder of SmartComplyApp since January 2021, Valerie is responsible for collaborating with team members to develop and implement strategies and overseeing their execution. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at CodeGarage Africa, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Emo Media NG, and People Operations Manager at Apace. Valerie's earlier experience encompasses roles such as Payroll Officer at Chicason Group and Human Resources Analyst at Intervention and Results Ltd., where responsibilities included managing HR reports and payroll processes. Valerie holds a B.Tech in Biochemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure, completed in 2016.
