Monica Ricafort has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Monica started their career as a Research Assistant at Ateneo de Manila University in 2013. Monica then moved on to work as a Program Assistant at Asia Society from 2014 to 2015, where they organized cross-disciplinary and membership development programs. In 2015, Monica joined GenerationHope, Inc. as an Operations and Administration Officer, responsible for providing oversight and support for social investments. Monica then transitioned to Smarter Good, Inc. in 2017 and held various roles, including Associate Development Manager and Development Manager, where they worked closely with nonprofit organizations to create impact and oversaw the operations of a Client Services Team. Currently, Monica is serving as the Associate Director of Business Development at Smarter Good, responsible for the overall revenue growth strategy and acquisition of new clients.
Monica Ricafort obtained their Bachelor's degree in AB European Studies from Ateneo de Manila University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Oregon State University from 2008 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
