Kit Kieling

Kit Kieling, MD, currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer at SmarterDx since June 2025. Previously, Kit was the President and Co-Founder of Orderly Health, leading the company until its acquisition in June 2025. In addition to these roles, Kit was a Lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver during the fall of 2023, co-teaching an undergraduate course on Experiential Entrepreneurialism. Prior experience includes a consulting position at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2017, focusing on strategic and operational improvements in healthcare, and serving as the Third-Year Pediatric Clerkship Director at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences from 2006 to 2012. Kit's clinical leadership included a role as Pediatric ICU Director where responsibilities encompassed the care of host-national children in a combat setting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the United States Air Force Academy and a Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University.
