David Dragonetti has extensive experience in the field of HRIS and software implementation. David worked as a Project Lead at SmartLinx, where they successfully upgraded the software functionality in over 100 facilities. As an Implementation Project Manager at Jobvite, they led enterprise-level implementations of the Talemetry CRM and Recruitment Marketing Platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Engineer at WorkWave. David also worked at ADP as an HCM Implementation Consultant, where they implemented the ADP Vantage HCM solution for clients such as Sempra Energy and Pep Boys. David also worked at iCIMS as an Implementation Manager, where they successfully implemented over 75 clients. Additionally, David worked at Management Sciences for Health as an HRIS Manager/HR Associate, where they configured and managed HR software and provided support to HR staff worldwide.

David Dragonetti received their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1995. In 1994, they also attended The School for Field Studies, where they pursued studies in Sustainable Development.
