Kate also has a strong background in project management, having held roles that involved project delivery and cross-functional collaboration, as well as experience in the pharmacy sector with PMI Southern Ontario Chapter. Earlier in career at SIMMS, Kate scaled client engagement from 50 to over 500 organizations and implemented processes to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
