Jenny Fast

Jenny Fast has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Tech at Smartly.io since October 2019. In this role, Jenny leads a team of technical recruiters and remains actively involved in the recruitment process for various technical roles, including engineering and product management. Prior to Smartly.io, Jenny worked at Trimble Inc. as an HR Assistant/Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the full life-cycle recruitment of IT and tech talents. Jenny's experience also includes roles at Academic Work Finland and Sweden, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, candidate sourcing, and administrative support. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics.
