Nutan Khatri's work experience begins with being the Lead Learning and Development at SmartQ since 2022. Prior to that, Nutan worked at the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) from 2018 to 2022, first as the Head of Department and then as a Senior Faculty. Nutan also has experience as an Assistant Manager at Marriott International from 2012 to 2017.
Nutan Khatri completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Nutan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services along with Marketing from Dr. C. V. Raman University, Kota Bilaspur from 2017 to 2019. Nutan also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Indira Gandhi National Open University. In addition to formal education, Nutan obtained several certifications, including a Diploma in Educational Psychology, a Diploma in Psychology, and completed courses in Instructional Design Principles, Interpersonal Skills, and Photography. Nutan is also certified as an Emotional Intelligence Trainer by CTAA.
