Jhana Cayton

Jhana Cayton is an experienced Senior Product Designer specializing in design systems at SmartRecruiters, where responsibilities include designing the core enterprise product and mobile app for the Talent Acquisition Suite to enhance global hiring success. As a contract Product Designer, Jhana has led the redesign of Potential Project's mobile app to improve onboarding and navigation, conducting workshops to revitalize training programs. Jhana co-founded EST WST Collective, a social enterprise focused on sustainable development for rural South Asian communities through handloom weaving. Earlier roles included facilitating learning teams at Integrated Work Strategies and developing a training system at Rage Unlimited. Jhana holds degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Digital Marketing certificate from the University of San Francisco.
