Kris Zaragoza

Kris Zaragoza has extensive work experience, beginning in 1995 as a Member Technical Staff at Tasc. They then worked at Lotus Development as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for developing a document management system and leading porting efforts.

In 2000, Kris joined GetConnected, Inc. as a Senior Architect, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth from a start-up to a successful business. They also served as an architect, software engineer, and troubleshooter.

Following this, Kris held roles at Data Technology Group as a Consultant, Affinnova as a Principal Engineer/Architect, and StreetAccount LLC as a Senior Architect.

In 2012, Kris joined SERMO as a Senior Architect before progressing to become the Director of Engineering and eventually the VP of Engineering.

Most recently, Kris joined SmartSense by Digi as the Director of Software in 2018 before assuming the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering in April 2022.

Kris Zaragoza pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1991 and 1995.
