RJ Nab currently serves as the IRO Project Manager at SmartSense by Digi since August 2022. Prior to this role, RJ Nab held various positions at Granite City Food & Brewery from January 2005 to August 2022, culminating as Vice President of Brewery Operations and Brewmaster. In this capacity, RJ Nab trained and mentored over 100 brewing associates, managed a regional brewer team across the Midwest, and oversaw Brewhouse Operations in Ellsworth, IA, including yeast propagation systems and lab analysis. RJ Nab also served as the first Director of Field Brewery Operations, creating the Regional Brewer position and leading efforts in beer branding and recipe development. Earlier in the career, RJ Nab managed operations for over 30 breweries and held roles as Restaurant Manager, focusing on both front-of-house and brewery management.
