Krupal Purohit

Krupal Purohit has over two years of work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Krupal recently worked as an AI ML Engineer at smartSense Consulting Solutions, where they were involved in various projects. One of their notable contributions was the restructure of a chatbot, where they improved intent and entity accuracy and implemented dynamic flow execution. Krupal also implemented a text generation model to enhance chatbot responses. Additionally, Krupal worked on a project called AVA, where they developed a proof of concept for assessing candidate videos and implemented features such as speech tone recognition and speech-to-text model for grammar checking. Furthermore, they contributed to the development of a resume parser, where they implemented document layout understanding, NER models, and knowledge graph storage in neo4j. Krupal also worked on an OCR service project, where they automated the pipeline for extracting structured table data from PDF files. Prior to their role at smartSense Consulting Solutions, Krupal worked as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Staunchsys IT Services Pvt. Ltd., where they led product development and R&D. Krupal developed a video processing pipeline using Gstreamer and Deepstream and trained and maintained object detection, classification, and tracking models. Before that, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Floatbot, where they focused on data collection, cleaning, and R&D for text classification. Krupal also trained speech-to-text models for multiple languages with high accuracy and low inference time.

Krupal Purohit pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University. Krupal attended the university from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Krupal has obtained several certifications in the field of neural networks and machine learning. Krupal completed the course "Convolutional Neural Networks" from deeplearning.ai in April 2020. In December 2019, they obtained the certification for "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" from the same institution. Krupal also completed the course "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization" from deeplearning.ai in November 2019. In October 2019, they earned a certification in "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from Coursera.
