Miya McClain

Miya McClain serves as the VP of Product Management at Smartsheet, leading a diverse team of product managers to enhance customer experience and solution accessibility. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Product Management for Cisco's Webex e-Commerce and SMB Business, overseeing an 11-person team to drive growth and improve product release processes. Miya also held roles at Microsoft, including Principal Program Manager focused on eCommerce experiences, and Group Program Manager at Nordstrom, managing technical program managers to integrate online and in-store customer experiences. Miya's career began at Microsoft with roles as an SDET intern, contributing to automation and testing. Educational background includes a B.A. in Computer Science from Mills College.
