Stefan Hetges

Stefan Hetges is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud transformation and digital services. As the Managing Director and Founder of smartShift since February 2002, Stefan has played a pivotal role in its restructuring and rebranding. Alongside this, Stefan serves as the Chairman of the smartShift Group, where responsibilities include acting as Executive Sponsor, Visionary, Technologist, and Strategist. Previously, Stefan was the CEO of Cambridge Technology Enterprises from January 2010 to April 2015 and served as CEO of Razorfish Germany from July 2001 to December 2002, following the MBO of Razorfish Inc. Stefan also held several key positions at Razorfish and i-Cube and began a career as a Software Engineer at Open Environment Corporation. Stefan holds a Master’s degree in Technische Informatik from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz and an Abitur from Technisches Gymnasium Balingen.
