Faye Wienand's work experience begins in 2010 with a volunteer role at the David Shephard Wildlife Foundation. In 2012, they became a Student Representative for the UWE Student Union, where they communicated and addressed student feedback. In 2013, they completed a work placement as an assistant to the Activity Coordinator at Leisure At Cheltenham. Faye also served as a Student Ambassador for the University of the West of England, promoting the university to prospective students and their families. In 2011, they were the Assistant Show Convenor for the Lusaka Gymkhana Club and Zambia Horse Society, overseeing the organization of horse shows.
