Kelly Q. is a seasoned professional with a strong background in product development and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Product at Smartsy since January 2023, Kelly leads efforts in product experimentation for AI-powered solutions aimed at boosting revenue for Shopify stores, having been selected for Techstars Miami '23. Prior experience includes a tenure as Head of Product at WorkGrades from April 2017 to June 2022, where Kelly oversaw product development and engineering hiring for a SaaS platform. Additionally, Kelly co-founded 27 Perry, a venture-backed startup in the used apparel sector, and was selected for Techstars Boulder '12. Academic credentials include an A.A. in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design and a B.A. in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
