Matt Sudak is the EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary of SMART Technologies. He joined SMART in 2009 and oversees a team of legal professionals that collectively support the organization and SMART’s global subsidiaries on a wide range of matters including litigation, patents, commercial agreements, distribution, procurement, human resources, corporate governance and privacy. Prior to joining SMART, Matt was an associate in the Calgary office of Dentons Canada LLP, specializing in securities and corporate law. Matt holds a BA and MA in Economics from the University of Calgary and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto.
