Prior experience includes founding Arsmoon and serving as CEO of Winstars Technology LLC, where Andrew led complex IT projects across various industries, and technical project management at MYCO.com. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Vinnytsia National Technical University.
