Faiyaz Huq

Faiyaz Huq is a Software Engineering Team Lead at smartTrade Technologies, overseeing a high-performing team and managing cross-functional projects since June 2021. Prior to this, Faiyaz held roles as a Software Engineer II and Software Engineer at TickTrade Systems Inc., where responsibilities included developing software solutions and optimizing RESTful APIs. Faiyaz's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Collaborator and Undergraduate Ambassador at the University of Toronto, as well as positions in IT support and software development. Faiyaz holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Toronto and completed A levels in Maths and IT at Cambridge International School in Dubai.
