Gaurav Patel

Gaurav Patel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support, infrastructure engineering, and DevOps. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at smartTrade Technologies since December 2022, Gaurav previously held roles at Concentrix as a Technical Support Representative, where responsibilities included problem-solving across multiple technical products and providing support to internal advisors. Prior experience as a DevOps Engineer at beCloudReady involved managing Git repositories and developing applications using Python, while earlier work as a Junior Engineer at Tesla Academic Institute focused on hardware and software maintenance and SQL database testing.
