Prior to this role, Ajay held the position of Dy Manager - Finance at Korn Ferry Hay Group from December 2010 to April 2021 and worked as an Analyst Accounts at Mercer from August 2005 to November 2010. Ajay began the professional career at Osource India Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager from 2004 to 2005. Ajay earned a BCom in Accounts from Jai Narain Vyas University between 1990 and 1993 and completed the CA Final Gr-l in Accounting and Taxes at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
