Previously, Sahil held positions as Chief Accounting Officer at R R S Jain and Company and as a Partner at Suparsva Fincorp. Sahil's background includes founding Smartworks and serving as Vice President Finance, where responsibilities encompassed fundraising, financial planning, and reporting. Earlier roles include Credit Manager at Religare Finvest Limited and Articleship Training at Rakesh Kumar Jain. Sahil holds multiple degrees including Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and CFA level 2, alongside a Young Leaders Program from IIM Bangalore.
